FAILURE TO STOP.
SEQUEL TO COLLISION. ADMISSION OF OFFENCE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ASHBURTON, this day. In the Magistrate's Court to-day, William Henry Tyler; farm labourer, pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence on a charge of failing to stop after a motor accident. The case was a sequel to a recent collision when a baker's van capsized.
