FRENCH HOTEL WORKERS. (Received 9.30 a.m.) PARIS, July 4. After 15 hours' negotiations, under the direction of the Prime Minister. M. Chautemps, the proprietors of hotels. restaurants and cafes agreed to call off a lock-out of their employees, threatened as a result of the Government's granting a 40-hour week to the workers in the various establishment:.
