POLISH GIPSIES.
WISH TO GO TO ABYSSINIA. (Received 10 a.m.) WARSAW, July 4. A mass meeting of gipsies is to be held to-day to elect a king, who will go to Rome to ask Signor Mussolini for land in Abyssinia for a gipsy settlement. There are five claimants for the "crown."
