CHEERIO CLUB.
Mrs. K. Mann presided at the Women'* Cheerio Clubs usual weekly meeting. Mrs. C'air Smith was the demonstrator of what could he made from old silk stockings and woollen hose, and mentione<l that hundreds of these garments were distributed annually to the dif ferent organisations of the children of the back country. Mesdames Readins and Collier san-: a duet, and Mesdames Atford and Broadbent were the hostesses for the afternoon tea.
