Charged with failing to account for an amount of 10/ to thff Auckland Driver*' Union, Charles Gordon' Lindsay, aged 43 years, appeared in the Rotorua Court, before Messrs W. L. Richards and A. W. Downer, J.P.'s, on Saturday. On the application of Detective J. B. Findlay, of Auckland, he was remanded to appear at Auckland on Thursday next. Lindsay was arrested at Ruatahuna, where he had been einployed oo public j work*.
