An enjoyable smpi'je party took place recently at the iiome of Mrs. A. M. Sullivan. .V>. St. George's Bay Road. Par- I nell. the occasion l>eing the twenty-first ' birthday of Miss Anne Campbell, elder daughter <>f Mr. and Mrs. Angue Campbell. of Steele Road, Kaiti, Gisborne. Music for the dancing was supplied by Messrs. Jim Mcf'allum, Jack Sullivan and Jack Kenneard.
Amongst those present were: Misses Kilo on Bigford, Margaret Wilkie. Doreen Slaujilitor. Ina and Dacia Bagrie. Katli Weatherall, Alice and Joyce Smith, I-ennie Scarborough, Nancy Rodger, (; race Hew son and K. McQuarrie.
