"FATHER DIVINE" FOLLOWER. (Received 2 p.m.) LOS ANGELES, July 1. John Hunt, wealthy white follower of the negro, "Father Divine," known by his companions as "St. John the Divine," was found guilty of transporting, in violation of the Mann Act, a 17-year-old Denver girl. Delight Jewitt. He races a five-year term in the Federal penitentiary. He was arrested after a lengthy police search in April and was released on 2.3,000 dollars' bail.
