ELLICE. —On June 20, at Papatoetoe, James Alex Churchill, late or Otahuhu and Hobsonville, loved husband of Elsie and loving lather or Myrtle, Patricia, Gertrude and Tui. Funeral notice later.

MORRIS. —On June 26. 1937. at the Auckland Hospital, Francis George (Bert), dearly beloved husband of Elizabeth Morris, 42, Onslow Road, Kingsland, late of Parnell; aged 62 years. Private interment.

ROGERS On June 25, 1937, at Auckland liqspital, Isabel, dearly loved wife or Henry John Rogers, or Tatuanui, Morrinsville; aged 64 years. A service will be held at St. Matthew's Church, Morrinsville, 2.30 p.m. Monday, June 28, the funeral then leaving for Morrinsville Cemetery.

BHERWIN. —On June 26, at Oamaru, passed peacefully away, Caroline, relict or the late Peter Sherwin of Dunedin, loving mother or Mrs. F. H. GifTord, 25, Uurwood Crescent, Hemuera, and Joseph sherwin, 19, London Street, Ponsonby. At rest.
