CHILD'S DEATH.

WHANG AREI, this day.

An inquest concerning the death of a six-months-old child, Frederick Basil James McGee. son of Roslyn Selina Violet McGee, of Helena Bay, was held before Mr. G. H. Morrish yesterday. Dr. D. Armstrong, of Hikurangi, said that the child suffered from repeated convulsions at the age of five \veeks. From facts supplied by the mother, information from the hospital and his own observations, he was of the opinion that death was due to acute heart failure, resulting from convulsions, excited by teething. A verdict in accordance with the medical evidence was returned.
