BRITAIN'S APPRECIATION. British Official Wireless. (Received 2 p.m.) RUGBY, June 21. His Government's appreciation at the action of the Dutch and Belgian Governments in extending to Britain advantages from the Scandinavian agreement recently reached at Oslo was expressed by the President of the Board cf Trade, Mr. Oliver Stanley, in a House of Commons reply.
