UNDEFENDED PETITIONS.
DECREES NISI GRANTED.
Undefended petitions for divorce were heard in the Supreme Court this morning before Mr. Justice Callan. In each case Mr. Allan Moody appeared for the petitioners.
On the ground that the respondent had failed to comply with an order made by the Court on November 10 last for restitution of conjugal rights, a decree nisi was granted Frederick Robert Abraham against Elizabeth Florence Constaine Abraham.
A decree nisi was granted on the petition of Clyde Ferrars Sherley against Isabel Mary Sherley. . The parties were married on March 0, 1916, and entered into a deed pf separation on December 4, 1933, since when they had lived apart.
On the grounds of a verbal agreement to separate in March. 1931, siii'.-e when they had not lived together, Beatrice Barnes was granted a decree nisi on her petition against William John Barnes.
