NEW ZEALAND STOCKS. VERY ATTRACTIVE YIELDS. "Holders of Xew Zealand securities should be reassured by the very explicit statement by Mr. M. J. Savage, the Prime Minister, that the Government is able and prepared to meet its obligations to the full," says a London financial writer. "A suggestion that Xew Zealand contemplates cutting interest rates was characterised as absurd. "That some anxiety has prevailed in this connection is shown by the extent of the fall in prices of Xew Zealand securities from the highest points of recent years. At the present time they offer very attractive yields in comparison with those of other Dominions and are well worth -the consideration of investors.
