HAMILTON FLAG DAY.
ARRANGEMENTS COMPLETED. (From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Sunday. Arrangements for Flag Day, to be held in Hamilton on Thursday, June 3, in support of the King George V. Memorial Fund, have been finalised. Stalls will be opened in various parte of the town for the sale of flags, which will be planted in the old Courthouse grounds and in* special stands in the Bledisloe Hall. A gathering will be held in the old Courthouse grounds at 11 a.m. and the Mayor, Mr. J. R. Fow, will deliver an address. Flags will be offered for sale in the schools on Wednesday, June 2, and at 2 pan. on June 3 the children will march to the Bledisloe Hall, where they will be addressed by the Mayor. The pupils of the Technical School will sing "Land of Hope and Glory" and the pupils of the Hamilton West and Frankton Schools will contribute folk dances. Further items will also be given by the 'children of the other schools.
