UNDEFENDED DIVORCE.
HAMILTON PETITIONS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. The following undefended divorce petitions on the grounds of separation were granted by Mr. Justice Fair in the Supreme Court at Hamilton:—Bessie Brookes v. Harold Patrick Brookes; Harry Grant Mills v. Mary Mills; Elizabeth Hayward v. Cecil Howard Hayward; Bessie Doris Gemmel v. David Gemmel; Mona Gladys Reeves v. Philip Osborne Reeves. On the grounds of adultery, Harry Carlisle being cited as co-respondent, Arthur Grantham was granted a decree nisi against Sarah Grantham.
