JAPANESE ENTERPRISE. (Received 10 a.m.) TOKYO, May 28. The Osaka Iron Works have launched another whaler, the 20,000-ton Tonan Maru No. 3, for the Japan Fishery Company. She is the biggest non-naval yeesc 1 . built in Japan.
