REFERENCE TO MR. P. J.
O'REGAN
In referring to the announcement in yesterday's "Auckland Star" that Mr P. J. 0 Began, of Wellington, was likelv to be appointed judge of the Arbitration Court, the Under-Seeretary in Chaise of Homing. Mr. J. A. Lee. said that Mr. O hegan had generally appeared in Court on the side of the worker. For many years he had been a sterling advocate of improvement* in the Workers' Compensation Act and he understood the circumstances attaching to most industries of which he had acquired an almost specialist knowledge It would be difficult to find another solicitor with qualifications such as those possessed by Mr. O'Regan
