The teame for the Coronation Dayattractions at Carlaw Park on Wednesday, when the annual contest will take place between the Auckland and Maori representative thiiteene, were announced on Saturday evening* Mr. H. Brisbane, eole selector, choee the Auckland team, and Mr. E. K. Asher the players from whom the Maori eide will be picked. The Auckland team is as follower — Full-back: Dempsey (Newton). Three-quarters:* McCallum (Mount Albert), Kay (Ponsonby), Mincham (Richmond). Five-eighthe: W. Stockley (Poneonby), D. Tittleton (Richmond). Half-back: Powell (Richmond). Forwards: Breed (Mariet), Satherley (Richmond), Gault (Manukau), Hollows (North Shore), Anderson (Mariet), M organ ( Poneonby).
Emergencies:—Backer Halloran (Ponfionby), G. Tittleton (Richmond). Forwards: Gunning (Mount Albert), Telford (Richmond).
The Maori team will be chosen from the following:—
Backs: Tawhai (City), Broughton, Hemi, Broderick (Manukau), Rata (City), Bickerton (Richmond), Mahiina, Brimble (Manukau), Brimble (Newton), Aro (Mariet), and Logan (Manukau).
Forwards: Kawe (Manukau), McLeod (Richmond), Minnix (City), Rickitt (Manukau), Mitchell (Richmond), Watene (Manukau), Proctor (Newton).
Raymond and Hapi (City) were unavailable.
