VICTORIA PARK CLUB. I JUBILEE SINGER THIRD. SYDNEY, April 28. At the Victoria Park races to-day Red Clover and Silver Coat ran unplaced in the Three and Four-year-old Handicap. Hands Up and Silver Coat were unplaced in the Welter Handicap. Jubilee Singer ran third in the second division of the Encourage H*idicap.
