With a view to arriving at a settlement an adjournment sine die was taken in tile Supreme Court to-day in the Eckford family dispute, in which two sisters seek an order for accounts and inquiry into the conduct of the shipping business established by their father. The defendant is their brother, Charles Alexander Eckford, : . shipping manager,- at Blenheim.. Mrs. S. A. Mutton of "Perth, another sister, was today jpined as a plaintiff'by consent.
