PROBABLY 60 MEMBERS HOW COST WILL BE MET NATIONAL SUB-MANAGERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Monday. Th* chairman of the Zealand ' Irn.pi, and British Empire Games .Wiat on, Mr. H. McCormick, stated to-day that present indications pointed to X.-w Zealand sending a team of approximately 60 competitors to the Empire li.imee in Sydney next February. Oμ this basis national associations would he asked to contribute £20 towards Hie expenses of each of their nominee, the balance of the expense to be borne by the Olympic Association. We are suggesting to national associations that they appoint, at their own expense, sub-managere for their own section of the team, and also any masseurs or trainers that they desire should accompany their nominees.

Thursday, February 10.—Track and field athletic* (afternoon), boxing and wrestling (evening). ; Friday, February 11.—Swimming (evening). Saturday, February 12.—Track and field athletics (afternoon), cycling (evening).

It is understood that there are good prospects of the Canadian team which wi4 ba visiting Australia for the British Empire Gamee next February being available for a tour of New Zealand after the Games.
