CORONATION PLANS.
Meetings were held yesterday of the Auckland City Council sub-committees dealing with the Coronation celebrations and the King George V. national memorial fund, both being presided over by the Mayor. Mr. Ernest Davis. Good progress with preliminary details was reported in each case, and it was decided to bring both questions to the notice of the conference of local body delegates which is to be held next Wednesday before bringing the iiwiM to finality.
