LEAGUE FOOTBALL.
JUNIOR MANAGEMENT. APPOINTMENT OF OFFICIALS. At the meeting of the junior management committee of the Auckland Rugby League last evening, Mr. D. Wilkie presiding, the vote necessary for the tie between Messrs. T. Carey and It. Parr resulted in Mr. Parr being elected.. In welcoming the new member, the chairman and other members paid tribute to the services given for some years by Mr. Carey, and it was decided to place on record the board's appreciation. Officers from members were elected as follow: Deputy-chairman, Mr. E. Chapman; assistant secretary and grounds allocator, Mr. I. Stones; emergency committee, the chairman and any two members; door custodian, Mr. C. Howe; minute clerk, without vote, Mr. T. Carey. Selectors were appointed ae follow: Messrs. Chapman, Stones and Howe.
