CYCLIST IN HOSPITAL
HEAVY FALL OX ROADWAY
A fracture of the base of tin* skull was suffered bv Mr. .Tack Stewart Huberts, aped -12. married, of •>. Sunjjlen Road. Mount Eden. when he was thrown heavily from his bicycle on the tramlines near the intersection of \ alley Road and Dominion Hoad yesterday. The injured man was taken to the Auckland Hospital in a St. .John ambulance. after receiving treatment from Dr. A. ('ummitij:. of Mount Eden. Todav no improvement in his condition was reporte<l. and he was still regarded as a serious case.
