NEW PRESIDENT.
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE,
MR. W. R. FEE ELECTED.
Officers for the new year were elected at the annual meeting of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce held this afternoon in the reception hall of Milne and Choyce, Ltd. The retiring president, Mr. A. A. Ross, gave his final address. The new president is Mr. W. R. Fee. It is the first time a practising lawyer has been elected president.
The new officers, beetifee Mr. Fee, are: Vice-president, Mr. A. Ely; council, Messrs. F. G» Baskett, T. H. Bowie, G. J. Browne, G. Jackson, B. H. Kingston, h. D. Nathan, G: S. Poole, A. M. Seaman N. B. Spencer.
