BRITAIN'S DOGS.
NUMBER 4,000,000. ROYAL EXAMPLE FOLLOWED. (Special.—B.v Air Mail.) LOXDOX, January 30. Almost every other home in Britain has a dog. The latest figures reveal that Britain has 4,000,000 doge, and the number is steadily increasing.
The nation's growing devotion to dogs owes much to the example of the Royal Family, all members of which, particularly Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret Roue, are great dog lover*.
The little Welsh Corgis, which the Princessee have as their own pets, are rapidly becoming the fashionable dog.
