GLEN EDEN TOWN BOARD.
The ordinary meeting of the Glen Eden Town Board wag held on Tuesday, Mr. A. J. Routley presiding. Dangerous Corner. — The council authorised the signing of the conveyance from the donors (Metwre. McNab and Mason) to the board of the corner section on the main porth highway and Eden View Road. Thie will eliminate a. very bad corner. West Coaet Road.—Authority to call tenders for the final sealing of the Weet Coaet Road wa« received immediately the subsidy money become** available. Amalgamation Proposals.—The chairman and members decided to be present at a meeting convened by the New Lynn Borough -Council on Wednesday to discuse the proposed Local Authorities Amalgamation Bill.
Finance.—Accounts to the value of £177 7/8 were passed for payment.
