RATS' NEST ABLAZE.
PLUMBER'S EXPERIENCE. BLOW LAMP ACCIDENT. A fortunate escape from a serious inung, and poeeibly suffocation, was peneneed recently by a plumber, Mr. Vereoe, when engaged in welding «rations in 'tfce city.
