AMERICAN CONSUL.
SUCCESSOR TO MR. BOYLE. DC AUCKLAND ON FRIDAY. Cabled advice has been received in Auckland that Mr. Joseph G. Groeninger, the newly-appointed Consul-General for America in New Zealand; who will succeed Mr. Walter F. Boyle, is a passenger on board the Monterey, which was due at Suva to-day. The Monterey is expected to arrive at Auckland on Friday morning.
