FEAR OF FASCIST . STATE IN IRELAND.
(TDUFFY'S PLAN?
Fianna Fail Eager to Hold Free State Power. WIN BACK NORTH. United Press Association.—Copyright. (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, February 22. "General O'Duffy (who is believed to be lighting with the rebels in Spain) hopes, if he is on the winning side in Spain, to return to Ireland with a Fascist drmy and establish a new Fascist State 26 counties," said Mr. Sean MacEntee, Finance Minister, addressing the Fianna Fail convention at Cavan. It was therefore essential, he added, that the Fianna Fail, at the next general election, which is almost certain before the autumn, should not merely retain all its present seats but secure additional ones.
"It will be the task of the new Government to strive to win back the six northern counties," he said, in conclusion.
