STATE OF PARTIES.
UNITED PROVINCES ASSEMBLY LONDON, February 22. The Delhi correspondent of "The Times" says the final state of the parties in the United Provinces Assembly is:—Nationalist Congress party, 133; others, 95, of which 50 seats are held by Moslems. The provincial Congress leaders, including Jawaharlal Nehru, are meeting to consider ihe acceptance of Ministerial I offices. It is understood that the ' majority are in favour of acceptance.
