LONDON, February 21.
The New Zealand Minister of Finance, Mr W. Nash, visited several Birmingham works, including that of the General Electric Company, where he Baw equipment being manufactured for Wellington and North Auckland.
Mr. Nash was a guest at the Birmingham Corporation's dinner in honour of the visitors to the British Industries Fair. The Lord Mayor, who presided, referred to Mr. Nash's Birmingham association and claimed him as still a native of Birmingham. Mr. Nash, responding, recalled his early experiences in the district.
