THROWN FROM HORSE.
FRANKUIC SHOW MISHAP. (Ry Telegraph.- Own Correspondent.) PUKKKOIIE, this day. Concussion and facial in juries wore suffered liy a horseman, Mr. L. Lindlierg, of Pukekawa, when he hail a fall in an event at the Franklin Show, at Pukckohe, on Saturday afternoon. Mr. Lindlierg was riding a horse for another owner in the competition for open maiden hunters, when his mount, hit the first fence of the brush double and lie was thrown heavily. He received attention from St. John Ambulance men, and later from Dr. A. T. Begg, of J'ukekohe, liefore liemg taken to bis home.
