CLUB TRIALS. PAIRS AND FOURS. The Auckland harbour clubs resumed trial racing on Saturday, pair oars and fours being engaged in. Owing to the delay in starting the races were late finishing. The northerly wind raised a rough sea, but the racing proceeded without incident. The West End pair oar trials for the Cooper Cups had to be postponed after the third heat was half rowed on uccount of gear trouble in one of the boats.
