W. WHITE'S FEAT. MOTOR CYCLE CHAMPIONSHIPS. All thqee championship races held by the Auckland Motor Cycle Club at Muriwai yesterday were won by W. White, who was astride the machine on which A. Mattson won the New Zealand Tourist Trophy race at Waiheke on Anniversary Day. The beach was hard and smooth, enabling riders to attain high speeds. Results were:— AUCKLAND BEACH CHAMPIONSHIP. 500 c.c. machines. 10 miles. W. White (Velocette) 1 J. Dale (Rudge) .' 2 T. Crowder (Levis) 3 From a rolling start White jumped into first place in the first lap, followed by Dale, Crowder and Matthews, and he 'steadily increased his lead until in the last few laps he was able to slow down and still finish with a safe margin.
