GRACE McELWYN WINS. \ ONE FAVOURITE SUCCESSFUL. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Saturday. The New Brighton Trotting Club's meeting was held to-day in fine weather and before a large attendance. The Prime Minister. Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, was present. The course was in good order. The totalisator handled £"28,596, compared with £19,37H 10/ last year, an increase of £9217 10/.
