PAINFUL INJURY.

FINGER DC ICACHINE. A painful injury was suffered to-day by Miss Ada George, of Dominion Road, an employee of the Empire Box Company, Newmarket, when she caught the first finger of her right hand in a machine. The injury necessitated amputation of part of the finger. A St. John ambulance took her to the Auckland Hospital.
