ART STUDIES.
N.S.W. COLLECTION. NOW LENT TO AUCKLAND. MAHT FAMOUS PAINTERS. Containing works by some of the world's best known artists, the loan exhibition of pictures from the National Art Gallery of New South Wales, which is to be exhibited in the city, should attract considerable attention. The pictures. 14S in number, are from the permanent collection of the Xew South Walts Oallery, and they are being lent to the Auckland Gallery after a period in the Xational Art Gallery of Wellington. They are at present being unpacked and the opening date of the exhibit ion, which will last about a month, will be announced shortly.
