FIVE YEAR PLAN

£3,500,000 INVOLVED. POST OFFIQE IMPKOVEMEXTS. A fivo : ycar plan, involving an expenditure of. £3,500,000 for extending- and improving- telephone, ■ telegraph and postal facilities is being- planned bv the Postmaster-General, the Hon. F.Jones.' The Minister stated in an interview in Wellington that the weric would lie maintained at an even rate over the period of five years, with no "boom and burst" methods.
