BOUGH ATLANTIC CROSSING,
British Official Wireless. (Received 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, February 4. The President of the Board j>f Trade, Mr. Walter Runciman, is expected to arrive in London to-morrow after a short visit to the United States. He is aboard the Aquitailia The liner encountered exceptionally rough seas in mid-Atlantic which, accord ing to masters of vessels arriving in English ports, have been as severe as any experienced for many years. The Aquitania is a day late in consequence of the storm. The foremast and part of the wireless apparatus of the Nowegian steamer Tilthorn, which arrived in the Thames from Vancouver, were carried away in Atlantic storms. Boats and gear were damaged and part of the deck cargo of timber washed overboard.
