SCENE AT BERGNER PREMIERE British Official Wireless. (Received 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY. February 3. Queen Mary, accompanied by tne Duchess <»f <Gloucester, made her first public appearance since the death of Kinjr George V. when she attended a charity performance of a new Elisabeth Bergner film, "Dreaming Lips." Her Majesty was accorded an enthusiatstic reception by an immense crowd, which gathered outside the theatre after the performance. Miss Bergner was presented to her.
