NEGLIGENT DRIVING CASE. '•It is obvious to me that you are not fit to be driving a car," *aid Mr. Wyvern Wilson. S.M., to Sydney M. Parkinson. who va.« charged* in the Police Court on summons yesterday with negligent drivinjr. and permitting his car to etop on the incorrect side of the road. "You come out of a side street, see a car approaching you about 60 yard* away— according to your own evidence —and you stop right "in front of it. You also came out of the street on the wrong side of the road. Why did you Hot drive on when you saw the other car?" Defendant replied that he had just started his car and did not have the power to go on. Fined £1 and costs for negligent driving, defendant was ordered to pay eoet3 on the other charge, while Mβ license was suspended until May 31.
