WORTH AUCKLAJTD AREA. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. At a special meeting of the Whangarei Borough Council last evening a letter was received from the Kamo Town Board, stating that the Xorth Auckland i Power Board had approached the board J with e view to taking over the eupply. I This could not be done unless the board was released from its agreement with the council. A meeting to discuss the matter was requested. The council set up a committee to confer with members of the board.
