DRAtTGHTBMAK REECAHDEIX Described as a' draughtsman and engineer, Arthur Grove, aged ' 48, appeared in the, Police Court before Mr. Wyvein Wilson, TJ3.SI., thie v morning; charged with obtaining £10 from The Farmers' Trading Company on January 15 by falsely representing that the eurn of £57 was duetto him from the Pensions Department. On the application of Detective Sergeant McHugh, accused was remanded, until February 8.
When the magistrate inquired if accused desired bail,' Mr. McHugh said that lie was at present serving a seutencc.
