(1) A "Hack" is a horse which has not at any f.nie prior to the time of entry for a Flat Race, Hurdle Race or Steeplechase, as the case may be. won such a race of the value of £200 or more to the winner, or such races of the aggregate value of £4<K» or more to the winner. All handicaps subject to the conditions that the winner of any race after the declaration of weights may be rehandicjuiped.
