Savage, has advised the Xew Zealand Xumiriiiiatie Society that it is not proposed to issue in Xew Zealand coins bearing the elligy of King F.dward the F.iulith. Tlie only King Kdward the KiL'lith coin so far recorded is a penny of the territory of Xew ('•iiiucfi .but till.doc,< not bear the portrait, being holivl in the centre for native line. So far as can be ascertained no coins have been issued in Oreat Britain or the Empire bearing the ex-King's portrait.
