ALLEGATION OF THEFT.
CHARGES AGAINST CLERK.

Wednesday % When George Paterson, aged 50, clerk, appeared in the Magistrate's Court today, charged with the theft of f 10, for which it.was alleged, he had failed to account to the Reliance Portrait Company; the police stated that - other charges were pending,. and that tne amount involved was about £200. Accused was remanded.for a week.
