SCHOOL ROAD, TITIRANGI.
Before me is the county engineer's report that the roads of this riding are in eood order and the reconstruction of School Road is completed. Probably the report has been verified w • ndin R member. Surely it must be obvious to ratepayers who interest themselves in the advancement of the district that the roads in this riding are generallv in a na*plected state and would invite my'fellow ratepayers to inspect School Road and judee for themselves of the unfinished condition of the road—duet in summer and mud when ft rains For some years I have paid rates, and fail to see where they are being used to good advantage. Is there no enforcement of traffic laws in this ridingT Some buses travel at excessive speed, regardless of other traffic and overloading to and from town it* of dailv occurrence. Why is tliirs permitted!^ INTERESTED.
