WORK RESUMED. DEL&TS TO VESSELS. Work on the waterfront was resumed this morning-, though it was interrupted by the monthly stopwork meeting. All overseas vessels have tjeen delayed in port owing to yesterday's wet weather, but several of them are expected to get away this afternoon or to-night. 7 Narbada sails at 8 p.m. to-dav for Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru. Dunedin and Bluff, in continuation of her from Calcutta. (U.SJS. Co.) . . Karetu, -which arrived vesterdav morning from Singapore and Samarang, is to sail at 11 p.m. to-day for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharge. (U.S.S. Co.) Huntingdon sails this afternoon for Wellington to continue discharge of her general cargo from LiverpooL Tainui, which arrived at Wellington from London and Southampton vestcrday morning. is due at Auckland next Monday to complete discharge. Parracombe is reported to have left Ocean Island on January 2 with a caTgo of phosphate for Auckland, where she is due on January 13. (8.P.C.)
