HOUSE LITTLE DAMAGED. An excellent save was made l>v the Point Chevalier fire brigade at 12.30 p.m. to-day, wlien (ire broke out in the washhouse of a five-roomed wooden dwelling at 02. Walker Road. Point Chevalier, owned by the State Advances (Virjoration. and occupied bv Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Keys. A stronjj southerly breeze wa« blowing towards the lionsc. which stands on the "brow of a hill, but although the washliouse was destroyed, little damage was done to the house, a wall of the breakfast room only being touched. The contents were not insured.
