' 1 The P. and O. liner Narkunda, 16,332 tons, arrived at 7.30 this morning from Sydney and Brisbane with a party of over GOO tourists, also 19 passengers who had booked through from London ,to New Zealand. This big vessef is I painted black topsides and has three j funnels. She sails at 11 p.m. to-mor-row for Rucssell, en route to Sydney. The Union Company's motor vessel Matua is due from Apia, Nukualofa and Suva on Monday afternoon and leaves the same evening for Wellington with the balance of her fruit cargo. The Huddart-Parker liner Wanganella, which left port early last Thursday morning on a cruise to Whangaroa, Eussell, Great Barrier and Kawau, is due back at 7 p.m. to-morrow, and sails for Sydney at 3 p.m. on Monday. Karetu is due on Monday from Singapore and Samarang with general cargo, and will berth at King's wharf. (U.S.S. Co.) Canadian Constructor will arrive from Montreal on Monday, which port she left on November 29. (F. Co-op.) Kauri is expected to leave New Plymouth this afternoon for Auckland with cargo from Adelaide. (U.S.S. Co.) Sir Karl Knudsen is due on Monday from Sumatra with bulk petrol. (Shell Co.) Tainui, which arrives at Wellington on Tuesday from London, is expected hero on January 10. (A.S.P.) Narbada leaves for Wellington on Monday to complete discharge of cargo from Calcutta. (U.S.S. Co.) City of Manchester will leave on Monday for Wellington to continue discharge of New York cargo.
